Customer Service Executive

We are looking for energetic and self motivated individuals who will go out of their way to delight the customer. The immediate key roles will involve answering telephone calls, explaining products and covers to clients, writing emails, drafting quotations and issuing policies. We’d really like career orientated people with long term drive, who will thrive in our atmosphere and progress up the organisation, taking on more responsibilities. No specific skills or experience required, and full training will be provided.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This role will require the selected candidate to work on the following schedule:

SUNDAY: 12 pm to 9:30 pm
MONDAY: 12 pm to 9:30 pm
TUESDAY: 12 pm to 9:30 pm
WEDNESDAY: 12 pm to 9:30 pm
THURSDAY: 12 pm to 9:30 pm
FRIDAY: 11 am to 4 pm
SATURDAY: OFF
OR
SUNDAY: 12 pm to 9:30 pm
MONDAY: 12 pm to 9:30 pm
TUESDAY: 12 pm to 9:30 pm
WEDNESDAY: 12 pm to 9:30 pm
THURSDAY: 12 pm to 9:30 pm
FRIDAY: OFF
SATURDAY: 1 pm to 6 pm
