Accountant

Information:

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated individual who will go out of their way to provide accounting support to the team and take initiative.

A role such as this requires an individual to be able to put on a smile and happily carry out whatever duties the day ahead offers – whether mundane tasks or more interesting ones.

Key skills:

  • Ensure that all invoices are recorded
  • Posting of company transactions
  • Preparation of reports
  • Statement reconciliations and preparing vouchers
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Assist with month and year end processes
  • Assist with the preparation of periodical audits
  • Other ad-hoc duties as outlined by line manager

Applicants must be degree educated with at least 2 years general accounting experience and possess strong Excel skills.
