Position: Business Insurance Advisor
We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated individual who will go out of their way to delight the customer. The immediate key roles will involve answering telephone calls, explaining products and covers to clients, writing emails, drafting quotations and issuing policies. We’d really like career orientated people with long term drive, who will thrive in our atmosphere and progress up the organisation, taking on more responsibilities.
• Understanding clients’ business insurance requirements and providing appropriate advisory to existing and potential clients with regard to their General Insurance requirements.
• Managing the administration work generated in the setting up and maintaining of policies efficiently.
• Working on generating new business and on retaining existing business.
• Liaising with the insurance companies and clients and negotiating on the terms, price and best possible coverage.
• Assisting clients with various questions and concerns about their policies.
• Ideal candidates should have prior sales and/or customer service experience in Insurance sector
• Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken
• Self-motivated and service-oriented
• Commercially driven, with an analytical and methodical mind
• Good people and problem-solving skills
• Professional qualification in Insurance is preferred
