Job Description:
Managing and maintaining flow of leads in New Business team
Overseeing the insurance advisors’ response time to ensure customer satisfaction
Following clients up on certain stages of the lead cycle
Handling urgent calls and messages in case the advisors are unavailable
Supporting clients in after-sales requirements such as endorsements, cancellations, etc.
Desired Skills and Experience:
2-3 years of sales coordination or calling experience
Excellent communication (both written and Oral) and people skills
Detail Oriented
Strong MS Office and advanced Excel skills
