Sales Coordinator – Business Insurance

This role requires an excellent coordinator for our dynamic and successful General Business insurance team and will support a demanding portfolio of 2 Sales Managers.

Job Description:

  • Managing and maintaining flow of leads in New Business team
  • Overseeing the insurance advisors’ response time to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Following clients up on certain stages of the lead cycle
  • Handling urgent calls and messages in case the advisors are unavailable
  • Supporting clients in after-sales requirements such as endorsements, cancellations, etc.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 2-3 years of sales coordination or calling experience
  • Excellent communication (both written and Oral) and people skills
  • Detail Oriented
  • Strong MS Office and advanced Excel skills
