Job Description:

We are looking for a competitive and self-motivated individual who can communicate effectively. You would be required to interact with the customer to understand their insurance need​s, identify ​and​ recommend solutions that best fit their requirements and complete all the formalities necessary to get the policy issued. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients and qualifying prospects. Although this is an inbound sales role, willingness to​ cross sell life insurance to existing clients and​ travel for sales meetings along with a strong follow-up discipline will be looked for in the candidates that apply.

– Although previous experience in Sales or Insurance is preferred, no experience is mandatory, and full training will be provided.

– Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
